Another outstanding event presented by North Allegheny Foundation - the 11th Annual TRICK OR TROT 2024 5K Race & 1 Mile Fun Run!

It's been a busy but amazing summer. In between the weeks of my company's youth sports camps, I load up the CDG Sports Events van and take my show on the road to Clairton School District. I'm very proud of my new partnership with the Will Allen Foundation.

Having a blast this week with the students of Clairton Middle/High School. I'm working in conjunction with the Will Allen Foundation providing CDG Sports Events "sports camp" sessions for the students as part of their summer programming. I've made so many new friends - thanks for the Bears t-shirt!!

I'm honored to have my business CDG Sports Events selected to run summer camp programming for the elementary & middle school students of Clairton School District. It's long been a goal of mine to expand and serve the youth outside of the North Pittsburgh area. I'm so excited to partner with former Pittsburgh Steelers player Will Allen and The Will Allen Foundation team. I know this is a tremendous opportunity to make a positive impact and help develop future leaders!

Today I spent the afternoon with the Shady Side Academy 8th grade class as part of their end of year, week-long class project. We met in the Hillman Center for Performing Arts for my speaking presentation - "How To Create a Lasting Impact", and then made our way to the SSA hockey arena for team-building games & activities. I'm so impressed with this group of young people - they certainly left a positive impact on me. GO Bulldogs!

CDG Sports was on-site at Seelos Academy for their Annual Mother-Son Event! This year's theme was "Mother-Son Field Day Challenge". The sons may have won the beach volleyball competition, but the moms showed their competitive side by winning ultimate sharks & minnows! Thank you to all the moms & sons who participated...what a blast🙌🙌.

Podcasting is definitely in my future...it felt so natural to share my message via the airwaves! I was invited by the Communications & Multimedia Journalism students of Slippery Rock University to be a guest on their weekly podcast.

The "band got back together" for a day of holiday flag football fun. So great to be reunited with Coach Cody for our 1st Annual Ultimate Turkey Bowl. We never missed a beat, and I know we had as much fun as the kids!

A beautiful day to honor Keri Midgley for Keri's FUN Run, raising funds to fight pediatric cancer. 🩷

So much fun at today's North Allegheny Trick Or Trot 5K Race & 1 Mile Fun Run! Congratulations to everyone who participated in the race, and to all the volunteers and high school students who make this annual community event such a huge success.

An inspirational Saturday morning spent with cancer survivors and warriors at the 14th American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Greater Pittsburgh Charity Walk.
