Congratulations to all of our youth runners who participated in CDG RUNdamentals January 2024 session!

The youth training program culminated last evening with a 5K Run on the indoor track at Pure Athletex. We are so proud of our athlete's work ethic, commitment, and desire to be a better runner, a better athlete, and a better teammate.

A BIG shout-out to the Pine-Richland & North Allegheny H.S. cross-country members who volunteered their time & energy sharing their passion for running with our kids.
