In honor of the Pittsburgh Pirates Home Opener, I'm video posting a reading of the book ROBERTO CLEMENTE Pride Of The Pittsburgh Pirates.

You may remember recently the controversy about this book being pulled from the shelves of school libraries.

I suppose there are books in school libraries that may be deemed inappropriate for children, but....this is NOT one of them. A wonderful story, made for children that promotes equality, hope, & compassion for humanity. Share this video with your young ball players.
