28 years in the making!!

I started my journey coaching & mentoring youth athletes in 1996 with nothing more than a closet full of used sports equipment, props, and ... a DREAM.

28 years of being "in the trenches" and the experience & wisdom learned has led me to this project I've been visualizing for many years. With the help of Wendy Beitsinger Joyce, this Fall 2024 the vision becomes a reality.

The CDG Leadership Academy will be transformative. Every child has limitless potential. We will help students recognize and nurture that potential to enable them to SUCCEED.

WE’RE ON A MISSION TO:

  • Inspire students to define, reach for, & achieve their dreams!

  • Help them identify a path via inspiration, exposure, & hands-on experiences.

  • Teach them life skills that will help them succeed no matter their path
